THE PROGRAM

PurposeFit is here to help people of all ages and abilities achieve their health and fitness goals, and to help them live happy and healthy lives.

The exercises for our workouts can all be completed at home with minimal or no equipment.

Our trainer designs each workout plan specifically for the needs of each individual person, whether your goal is to loose weight, build muscle, work on mobility, or just establish a daily movement routine.

how it works

  1. Fill out the training interest form on this page.

  2. Our trainer will reach out to you within 2 business days to schedule a consultation.

  3. Your consultation is just a quick call for the trainer to get to know you and your fitness goals, so that we can help create personalized workouts for you!

  4. Purchase your desired training program on our website.

  5. Once your package is purchased, our trainer will walk you through a physical assessment session to get a better understanding of your current physical abilities.

  6. Our trainer will provide custom workouts through the QuickCoach app, which provides video tutorials and tips for each exercise. You’ll have regular check-ins with your trainer, and can message them anytime for guidance.

  7. Complete your workouts at home and start reaching your goals!

Try one week for free

4 weeks

A free 1-week trial of our program is the perfect way to see if we are a good fit for you. After your consultation, our trainer will create 3 custom workouts for you to complete over a week. You’ll get to check in with your trainer throughout the week for guidance and motivation.

If you love your trial, you can purchase one of our training packages. A full package will includes our productivity planner and a fitness assessment so that your workout plan can be even better tailored to fit your needs.


All training packages include a consultation, three customized training sessions per week from a trainer, a bi weekly check in call, and 24/7 messaging with your trainer throughout your program, providing you with continuous guidance and motivation.
